So it’s official now! I will be teaching a continuing studies class at the Emily Carr University this summer. The class I will be teaching is Children’s Picture Book illustration. Very appropriate, no? I am pretty excited for it and if all goes according to plan it will be the coolest class you’ve ever taken so if you’re reading this and you feel like signing up, go for it! I just looked in the course catalogue (go to p.21) and it’s actually very affordable! Only 195$ for a seven week course! I wish some of the courses I’ve been taking lately would be that cheap!
Also speaking of the course catalogue, you might have noticed that it has an image from my book Paulina P. (for Petersen) on the cover which is great, and what’s even cooler is that the University also choose some of my illustration to go on the advertising bus billboards they’ve created for this summer’s Continuing Studies courses. It’s always kinda nice to see your work in the public environment for me!
