Gain Creative Insight!
Due to the one-off fleeting nature of a single session (versus the Introductory Session Bundle) single sessions are a way to explore anything that comes up for you in the moment, rather than setting more long term goals, which is what the session bundle is intentionally structured for.
Either way, all sessions are tailored to your needs and you are an active collaborator. During single session, we will check in to see where you're at in the moment and explore creative therapeutic techniques and resources together.
BEFORE YOU COMMIT -
Free 10 min meet & greet video call!
STEP 1
Introduction form
We are going to take advantage of our meet & greet minute by minute, so before our meeting I will ask you to fill out a very short introduction form. This way I will know how to best guide you! You will be directed to the form once you click the sign up button for a meet and greet.
STEP 2
Meet & greet - video call on zoom
During the call we talk about what you are hoping to get out of the session, fill in any questions you might have, and just generally get a feel for each other to see if this could be a mutually good fit for a therapeutic connection. If it is, we proceed to our paid scheduled session outlined in step 3. If it isn't—No hard feelings! I want you to find the right therapist to fit your needs - if it's not me that's ok!
STEP 3
Creative art therapy session on zoom
During our scheduled and paid session, I will listen to your needs and introduce you to creative therapeutic techniques and resources.
Though single sessions are much more of an intuitive what-comes-up-in-the-moment-experience, I will always come prepared for us to explore a certain creative technique on my part, but am also happy to go a different route if that is what's called for. No matter what, trust that something of interest usually emerges.
Here is what to expect:

Grieving a beloved animal?
Suffering from chronic pain?
Feeling stuck or out of alignment?
I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!
What Past Clients Are Saying
Lisa is fabulous and a bright career ahead of her in the field. She’s friendly, kind, creative and has great welcoming energy. Her experience with fibromyalgia and knowledge about mind-body connection and holistic awareness are fantastic. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in art therapy!
—S.H.
These sessions have been really transformative for me, I was able to process my thoughts and feelings in a way I hadn’t thought possible before. I will use the tools I learned in these sessions for the rest of my life. Lisa creates a safe and compassionate environment that makes learning new techniques and processing emotions feel easy and even fun.

Fibromyalgia
I have really benefited from the sessions. I have found a new outlet for stress and awareness of my pain in a creative positive process. I have truly enjoyed my art therapy which has brought a calmness to my life through art. I have used some of the techniques on my own between sessions already. Thank you!
—S.G.
I really enjoyed my art therapy sessions with Lisa. It was great to be guided through a process of re-exploring my interest in art, but in a completely new way - focusing on letting go of expectations rather than conforming to any particular style or outcome. This was a refreshing approach and Lisa was great at creating an atmosphere which guided me in this direction whilst also letting me explore it authentically for myself. Weaving in some somatic practice has also been especially beneficial, as it helped ground me before sessions, but also gave me some wider techniques for stress reduction in general life. I also particularly valued our discussions, covering the full spectrum of art, mind-body medicine and chronic pain. Lisa is a very patient, open-minded and encouraging teacher, and I would recommend her to anyone like myself looking to explore what art therapy has to offer especially in the context of life-altering chronic pain conditions.

I have done art therapy with two other professionals and I thought my time with Lisa was really great. I find her personality fun but warm and welcoming and her life experience means she brings empathetic and understanding. She was easy to talk to and I learned things I wasn't expecting to, like somatic practices and how they relate to art. I felt very inspired by our sessions and also like it was a really nice safe space for me to just be where I was at. I will miss our sessions very much, as I noticed a difference in my life in general. Just being there with her, in that space she creates, doing the exercises she suggested and doing art that helped me name things I didn't even know were going on for me and being able to share and be seen was incredibly valuable and helpful.

Thank you so much. I’m so grateful for this opportunity to work with Lisa to grieve my beloved animals. She truly made me feel better. We laughed a lot. I wish everyone could experience this course. I enjoyed myself and don’t want it to end.
—L.H.
The way I've been able to explore whatever area of myself that I need to in the moment has been extremely helpful! This form of therapy has made me feel ok to look into other forms of help and healing! Thank you!
